The New Guy

Greetings everyone. Just a quick message from your new Chairman, Todd Shimizu. I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the Board and the membership for their confidence; I certainly take to heart the responsibility that comes with the role. I also think we should all take the opportunity to thank Kevin Dillon for his amazing contribution to IPsphere Forum. His impact on the Forum is immeasurable really and I’m quite glad that he will remain an integral part of our Board of Directors. It’s an exciting time to be taking on the role with two major events on the horizon: our members meeting in Stockholm, 20-22 May and the CONTENTsphere field trial of service providers. Obviously, these two initiatives are intrinsically linked and the Stockholm meeting will see a substantial amount of planning, discussion, and advancement on CONTENTsphere. I know that our Service Provider Council and Work Program Committee are very hard at work in preparation for the meeting. I hope to see as many of our members there as possible!
